Maya's Top Tips:
- We spend as much time as possible in Formentera, either bobbing around on a boat or staying at Es Ram, an idyllic coastal hideaway. We grab a picknicky lunch at Gran Iberico then spend the day on Playa Illetes. At night we head to Can Carlos for romantic courtyard suppers.
- I've found tons of treasures at Saturday morning's San Jordi Flea Market. It's packed with antiques, art and collectibles, along with tons of questionable dusty junk. My husband hates it!
- I just adore Tira Palla, a hidden rooftop bar in Sa Penya that serves the best G&Ts to a supercool soundtrack of the Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac and Jimi Hendrix. The views of the floodlit castle walls are spectacular and the whole place feels like a naughty insider secret.
