Originally from Australia, Chloe now lives and writes in London. Specialising in trends and travel, she’s the Senior Features Editor of Urban Junkies, plus contributes to titles including Condé Nast Traveller, The London Evening Standard and The Telegraph.

Chloe's Top Tips:

  1. I love Sager + Wilde’s Wine Bar in Hackney. Great wines paired with moreish cheese toasties. Dinner down the road at Morito Hackney for some of the best Spanish/North African tapas in London. And, if the night is still going, cocktails opposite at Fanny Nelsons.
  2. For a pair of custom-made sunglasses, my go-to is Cubitts just off Carnaby Street, on Marshall Street. Every season, they make half a dozen or so on point styles in an array of different colours/patterns to choose from with a range of lenses to mix and match.
  3. I love Hoi Polloi especially their late suppers, from 10pm. On Wednesdays or Thursdays, once a month or sometimes more, they’ll have readings and special performances, which always draw a fun crowd. Last time I was there, the waiters were on roller skates.
