Visionary chef and 'social dining' pioneer

The Danish owner of Taller Sa Penya, the dining club created by his Ibiza Food Studio brand, lives in Ibiza's gypsy quartier and travels regularly to oversee his Berlin, Barcelona and Copenhagen projects. IFS has been shaking up Ibiza's dinner scene for just over a year.

Boris's Top Tips:

  1. I make almost daily visits to Finca Ecológica Can Muson, the organic farm who supply my fruit, vegetables and goat's cheese. They also bake their own bread and flaó, which you can eat with a coffee from the farm café.
  2. All of our tableware is handmade by 81-year-old Toni Mari Ribai ‘Frigoli’ at Fabrica Alfareria Ibicenca. He's been in the business for 70 years and makes a plate a day.
  3. Despite the inevitable queue, I always love Comidas San Juan, Ibiza Town's traditional and unpretentious eatery that's been going strong for 80 years. Try the arroz con marisco.
