As the man behind Pitt Cue, it’s safe to say Neil Rankin knows a thing or two about meat. Temper is a smoky, subterranean restaurant, which focuses on a large open kitchen. Everything – the locally sourced meats and Cornish fish and seafood – is cooked in front of you using only wood and fire. Opt for smoked sharing cuts with their seriously good sides, or try the tacos.
