Serra de Tramuntana

A UNESCO World Heritage Site

One of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites, the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range is a must-see. When you’ve had enough of Palma, escape the city and make some time for this incredible rural landscape. It’s not just about the mountains and lakes, though; the towns of Deià, Valldemossa, Fornalutx and Sóller are all worth a visit in their own right.

Top tip:

To make the most of a day in Serra de Tramuntana, start off in Valldemossa with a breakfast of a typical Coca de Patata, then head to Deià and have lunch at Ca’s Patro

March. For the evening, take in the sunset at Port de Sóller, and have dinner on the terrace of EL ESPLÉNDIDO.
