Barrafina alumni go solo

Sabor is the debut restaurant from ex-Barrafina chefs Nieves Barragan and José Etura, so it’s got some serious credentials. The space is separated into three distinct areas, each of which captures something different of the flavours and culture of Spain. The main restaurant offers hearty, regional Spanish dishes (with a focus on fresh fish), the bar is primed for sherry, vermouth and bocadillos, and the Asador on the first floor is the place for communal dining and wood-fired dishes.
