Playa Salinas

Iconic mile-long strip of pure white sand

Arguably Ibiza's most famous beach, ice-white Salinas has warm, shallow waters and plenty to do (or not). From the noisy wooden deck of up-for-it Jockey Club to the chilled-out seventies vibe of Sa Trinxa, there's a beach bar for every taste. The midsection between the beach clubs is uninterrupted sand, packed with families, couples, picnickers and nudists alike. Sunbeds and parasols can be rented and there's a large paid car park.

Top tip:

The southernmost end of the beach (out past Sa Trinxa, towards Es Cavallet) is mainly nudist and mainly gay.
