Ultra-slick but offbeat hotel dining

After effortlessly dominating Top Chef and winning a James Beard award, Paul Qui finally brought his talents to South Beach. His first venture outside Austin doesn't disappoint, and is located in arguably Miami’s swankiest hotel, the newly minted Faena. The food is Asian-meets-Spanish with a touch of French, and is worth getting dressed up for.

There's a $6.5m Damien Hirst Unicorn and a sublime uni/corn chowder. Instagram them both.
