The staff list is impressive, but so is the menu

Nuala is the debut solo project from Niall Davidson (Chiltern Firehouse, St. John Bread & Wine, Lockhart), with some seriously impressive front of house support from ex-Noma and Bistrotheque alumni, and a wine list curated by Honey Spencer of Noma Mexico and Sager + Wilde. So the credentials are impressive – and so is the food. Serving modern British plates with an Irish influence, most of the menu is cooked on an open fire in a stripped-back yet high end setting.

Head downstairs after your meal for a drink at their Irish bar.
