Marc Fosh

Michelin-starred dining in a renovated convent

Marc Fosh was the first English chef to be awarded a Michelin star in Spain, and now his eponymous Mallorcan restaurant has one, too. Located within the Convent de la Missió Hotel (a renovated 17th century convent), the decor is pared-back and stylish. And the menu? It’s contemporary, with a nod to local meat, fish, veg and herbs – think marinated scallop with carrot, orange blossom and sea fennel, local suckling pig with smoked rhubarb and anise and “bomba” rice with lobster, rabbit fillets and parsley-liquorice chlorophyll.

Top tip:

Reserve way before you want to visit; it gets busy!
