Secretive northern spot for homemade pasta and grills
Splashes of colour – a purple window frame, a blue basket – pop against the honeyed stone walls of this somewhat hidden Italian gem in sleepy Sant Miguel. Come for the incredible homemade pasta – scallop ravioli is a favourite – and the dreamy, romantic atmosphere, with live music on the lantern-strewn terrace at night. It’s also open for simple, sun-drenched lunches beneath the fig trees.
The whole place is charmingly higgledy-piggledy. Flat shoes work best on the uneven rustic terrace.
