One of the few vegetarian restaurants in the world to have a Michelin star

Joia’s philosophy lies in organic ingredients from small producers, served in a tranquil setting with astonishing attention to detail. Chef Pietro Leemann’s food deserves the attention of all the senses. Having trained in Italian and French cuisine, Joia’s menus are also infused with findings from his travels in Asia; vegetables take centre stage here, and to great effect.
