Low waste, high quality, ever changing European plates

Lucy Brown and Jenny Quintero have teamed up to present Jar Kitchen, a restaurant built around simplicity and integrity. The daily changing menu is made up of fresh, farm-to-fork ingredients, and the focus here is on those rather than anything else. Everything is seasonal and low-waste: think beetroot ravioli with nutmeg ricotta and wild garlic pesto, goat’s cheese with courgette flowers and fig jam, and duck with cauliflower and green tomato marmalade.

Top tip:

If you want to indulge, book in for their bottomless brunch on Saturdays (10-2 and 2-4 seatings).
