Adam Handling is one of London’s most promising young chefs, and Frog by Adam Handling is his second – and flagship – restaurant. Adam is all about sustainability, and the food has a farm-to-table ethos, seasonal but done with flair. Think seasonal, simple dishes like tuna and beef tartare with kimchi, scallops with lime and cucumber, and pear with rosemary and caramel.
