The Contraste chef’s new venture

The latest from Matias Perdomo (of the Michelin-starred Contraste), Exit is located in a quiet piazza close to the city centre. An unassuming ex-newspaper kiosk has been transformed into an all-day dining spot, specialising in inventive dishes including pig’s cheek with ricotta, nettle and mint and burrata with radicchio and pears. There are also over 150 wines to choose from, so you won’t go thirsty.

Top tip:

Their eggs, Uova Exit, have become iconic: poached eggs served in a mousse of potatoes with parmesan and strips of raw cauliflower with blackberry vinegar, topped with Spanish ham. Yum.
