Elegant Cantonese cuisine comes over from Hong Kong

A refined take on Cantonese cuisine, Hong Kong import Duddell’s is housed in the impressive converted St. Thomas’s Church. This is Chinese cooking with some serious flair, from the classics (salt and pepper squid, soya chicken, dim sum) done well to some unexpected new favourites.

Top tip:

It might seem an obvious choice, but the Cantonese duck (served with all trimmings) is some of the best in London.
