Coricancha

Nikkei cuisine for when you need something light

In need of something a little different from Ibiza’s classic meat and tapas fare? Head to Coricancha (open during the season) for Nikkei dishes / plates (that’s Japanese Peruvian) with a lighter feel. If you like ceviche, you’re in luck - there are seven varieties of it here, so we’d say start off with that, then order some anticuchos (street food on skewers, Peruvian style). From the main menu, highlights include spicy Angus veal with corn tamale and chalaquita, the Amazon curry, and the grilled octopus with lemon leaves.

Top tip:

Location-wise, Corichanca is super close to Ibiza airport, so it’s a great choice pre-flight, or even pre-DC10.
