A dramatic setting for dinner

Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco and art designer Tanja Solci join forces for a dramatic dining experience. Set a little outside the city centre, the former sawmill (segheria in Italian) houses antique chandeliers, two cross-configuration tables set (almost) as far as the eye can see, and, of course, world-renowned food. We love the feeling of stepping onto a film set that Solci has created, and don’t be fooled, it’s still private dining here, so it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Top tip:

There’s a lot to take in, but don’t miss the cocktail menu – it’s the icing on the cake.
