Madrid’s first raw bar – but that’s not all

As Madrid’s first raw bar, this place was popular before it even opened its doors. The décor is refined and elegant, and the Galician-inspired menu mixes the raw with the elaborate: ceviche, tartare, Galician meat, and French oysters are on the menu here, and taste as good as they sound. The kitchen is open until midnight, but the really good news comes after dinner. There’s also a hidden soundproof club downstairs where you can dance until dawn; it’s even available for private hire.

Top tip:

The club isn’t super public, so when you’re asking for the bill just tell the waiter you’d love to have a drink downstairs. He’ll let you know the rest.
