Truly wonderful

My experience at this establishment was truly wonderful. Each and every staff member was so friendly and helpful, especially the people at the front desk and the waiters/waitresses at Nikki Beach/The Deck. The room, the pool/beach area, and the hotel in general were all extremely beautiful, clean, and well-kept. I really hope that the management knows what an outstanding staff this hotel has. Please keep up the good work.
